Reviews

Overall, this book has many strengths, including the high-quality illustrations, a clear and concise writing style, and providing coverage of a broad breadth of the Primary FRCA curriculum; in addition, it is reasonably priced. It will therefore make a fine addition to any department's library and will no doubt be extensively used by trainees preparing for the Primary FRCA examination. British Journal of Anaesthesia '*****'- the new Big Dog on the street...this is the best, post-exam colleagues also agree this is pretty hard to beat when it comes to primary revision. Get it above all others. Amazon review by Dr. B. C. Burrows Prof Plums (Bristol UK) This is, by far, one of the most outstanding review books in the field of anesthesiology. It is all one needs to study to review for the ABA (or FRCA) examination. Doody's Notes I bought this book a week ago and, as a college tutor, I must say I am extremely impressed!...I am really enjoying browsing through it: to exam candidates who are seeking actual help rather than enjoyment, I think this book will prove to be a real friend (and to those theaching them!). It is also very competitively priced when you consider the amount of detail and the quality of the illustrations. Dr. Jeremy R. Prout, College Tutor, London Overall, very useful, reasonably priced and an excellent core text for anaesthetics. Amazon review
