Overview

On a summer vacation with his family Marlon Keys is about to hike the Appalachian Trail. He isn't exactly thrilled about the trip he'd rather play on his smartphone and connect with his friends back home. But when Marlon accidentally gets separated from the group on the hike his 'boring' vacation becomes an exercise in survival. Who is Jake Maddox? Athlete, author, world-traveler - or all three? He has surfed in Hawaii, scuba-dived in Australia, and climbed the mountains of Peru and Alaska. He went on to illustrate for the comic magazine Lupo Alberto, one of the most famous characters in Italy, and for Cuore, a satirical weekly magazine. Guiliano continues to work as an animator and illustrator for advertising companies and educational publishing.
