Sangeeta Chakladar is a homemaker by profession and a writer by passion. She holds a Masters degree in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor's degree in English Honors from Lady Brabourne College, Calcutta. She made her career as a school teacher. With her army officer husband, she saw the diverse people and places of this country from very close quarters. Now based in Kolkata, she nurtures her creativity through prose, poetry, and travelogues, capturing life's moments with depth and emotion.
