Tight Lines traces Bill Curry's journey as an angler and conservationist. From his early days on the rivers of Yarmouth County to waters farther afield, Bill enthralls us with his love of fly fishing, the fish he met and friends he made along the way. Bill's writing, accompanied by his stunning photography, will educate and entertain. Don MacLean, author of Discover Nova Scotia Sport Fishing From his first immersion into fishing at the Steer Hole, Curry weaves an engaging narrative of his fishing journey from worm and bobber to accomplished fly fisherman and guide. He brings his photographer's eye to his story-telling, with word pictures bringing the stories to life. More than just a chronicle of adventures: Curry flavours his stories with conservation truths, regional history and lessons learned. His tales are as informative as they are enjoyable. Tom Sadler, flyfishing guide, journalist, conservationist This book reflects flyfishing's positive impact on the generations of the author's family. It takes you to places that encourage appreciation of the environment that surrounds where fish live and answers the most important question, why? Perry Munro, author of Guides Eyes
