Overview

"When a pair of brothers are assigned to write a school report about their family tree, it seems they don't appear to have ""normal"" parents. So asking their older brothers and sister for answers, they learn their birth parents were not truly ideal role models with a large part of it being the fact they were not originally made to attend school. So despite their poor original upbringing, can the boys manage to get a good grade on their project?"

"My name is Trevor D. Weiss. My book, ""The Weiss Kittens and the Family Tree"" is a story based on a true-to-life story which I personally experienced. I understand that courtesy of Ad Council there are a large number of kids who do not end up finishing high school and every one of these children need a boost. I have spent several years learning about the process of good juvenile fictional writing so children may find the story meaningful and want to take the advice to heart. My goal is to help these kids get the education they need so they may grow up to be intelligent, morally correct people. I have had several of my friends and family read through it with lots of positive feedback. The story can be read by children with a basic reading ability but can stay relevant through high school. Children are our future!"
