Now retired he loves riding his bicycle, swimming in the ocean, keeping fit with yoga, writing and not often enough meditating. He has been a potter in the past and occasionally paints with acrylics. He has work in collections in Great Britain, the USA and Australia. Tony has lived in the Blue Mountains and the Inner West of Sydney and grew up on the edge of the wilds of the Colo region northwest of Sydney. Tony has been a teacher and school counsellor and has had a private psychology counselling practice for the past twenty years. He started a journal about fifteen years ago and this book has grown out of that. Writing has been a big part of his professional life, but this is the first time he has published writing.
