Author Information

Kaya Usher was born in Toronto, Canada. In her twenties she went to university, met and fell in love with Gord Downie. They married and went on to have four children. As Downie's career took off, Usher stayed home and raised their family. In her mid-forties, through a series of devastating personal challenges, Kaya Usher awakened. She received a body of knowledge called The Simplicity Platform: 8 Tenets, a Frequency Technology, that when practiced activates a profound embodied enlightenment and physical coherence. As the teacher's teacher, Kaya Usher shares this Frequency Technology to students from all over the world through a collection of books, courses and music.
