David Crosby is a pastor, an author, and former reporter who has helped countless people evaluate their values. After one of the nation's most horrific natural disasters, Hurricane Katrina, he and his church were responsible for deploying 21,000 volunteers to projects including 1,100 home recovery operations and 91 new home constructions. The author of The Care Effect and Your Pain Is Changing You, he currently resides with his high-school sweetheart in Louisiana. Phil Paonessa is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam era who works as an automotive industry project engineer, a public speaker, an actor, a voice actor, and, formerly, a local newspaper feature writer. The father of three adult children, he is a lifelong resident of Michigan, where he currently resides with his wife.
