His recent books include: The End of European Integration: Anti- Europeanism Explained (2007) and The United Nations at the Millennium (with A.J.R. Groom, 2000). Paul Taylor is professor of international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. A.J.R. Groom is Emeritus Professor of International Relations at the University of Kent, UK.
