Michael Watkins is the author of the international bestseller The First 90 Days: Critical Success Strategies for New Leaders at all Levels. His other works include Your Next Move: The Leader's Guide to Navigating Major Career Transitions, Right from the Start: Taking Charge in a New Leadership Role, and others. He is the chairman of Genesis Advisers, an executive on-boarding and transition acceleration company in Newton, Massachusetts. He has been a professor at the Harvard Business School, IMD in Switzerland, and INSEAD in France. Fred Sanders, an actor and Earphones Award-winning narrator, has received critics' praise for his audio narrations that range from nonfiction, memoir, and fiction to mystery and suspense. He been seen on Broadway in The Buddy Holly Story, in national tours for Driving Miss Daisy and Big River, and on such television shows as Seinfeld, The West Wing, Will and Grace, Numb3rs, Titus, and Malcolm in the Middle.
