Overview

The purpose of this book is to introduce the reader to the Rule of Law, the use of General Principles of Law in Disputes Settlement, your Human Rights, Asylum and Immigration Law. Given the size of the book, the treatment accorded to each topic cannot be exhaustive. However, it is hoped that all Immigrants in any Nation, International human rights activists, Asylum and Immigration Lawyers, Arbitrators, Judges, TV and Church Ministers, Academics, Law Students and those with a general interest in this subject will find that these issues and more; are expertly analysed and their core concepts logically explained.
