Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationWill Holder is Professor of Practice – Construction Science Management in the Department of Engineering Technology at Texas State University. He holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Southwest Texas State University. After a few years working for a U.S. Congressman, Holder started his 38-year career in homebuilding in the early 1980s with Weekley Homes in the purchasing department. Later, he traveled for six years as a contract administrator building apartment communities with Lokey Properties in cities all over the country. Holder followed with five years at Village Builders as a purchasing manager. He concluded his career with 25 years at Trendmaker Homes, finishing as president and having built over 12,000 homes and developing almost 6,000 lots.
