Don Blankenship, head of Massey Energy since the early 1990s, ran an industry that provides nearly half of America's electric power. Laurence Leamer is the author of over a dozen books, including The Kennedy Women and Fantastic: The Life of Arnold Schwarzenegger, with many bestsellers among them. He was on the staff at Newsweek and has written for the New York Times Magazine, Harper's, Playboy, and many other publications. He lives in Palm Beach, Florida, and Washington, DC. Malcolm Hillgartner is an accomplished actor, writer, and musician. Named an AudioFile Best Voice of 2013 and the recipient of several Earphones Awards, he has narrated over 175 audiobooks.
