She is a senior lecturer in clinical psychology and counsellingat the University of South Australia and maintains a private practice in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Philip Armstrong is the past CEO of the Australian Counselling Association (April 2000 to October 2023), current executive director of Optimise Potential, and the founder of the RISE UP Supervision program.
