From one social worker's perspective, the public schools of inner city Chicago had a reputation for being rife with daunting and challenging conditions. Valerie Groth is a social innovator who is best known for inspiring possibility through her leadership as a nonprofit founder, executive coach, and internationally acclaimed speaker.
