Dr. Holmes-Plump holds 1 Doctorate in Theology, 2 Master's in (Theology and Leadership) and 2 Bachelor's Degrees (Theology and Health Care Administration). The daughter of Pastor Ruthie Sanford of the Power House of Faith Church and the Late Nathan Robert Holmes. Married to Clarence Turner Plump Jr., they have seven children, Tineesha, Cierra, Lauren, Riley, Marque, Jerrell and Jayvonne. She is retired from the Armed Forces with over 27 years of military service and currently a Senior Wargame Analyst at Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command Strategic Plans and Management Division, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
