Overview

This study presents both classic and contemporary readings about the organisations that are critically important in mediating global politics. Highlighting the major changes and challenges in the international system since the end of the Cold War, the book considers a diverse range of international organisations, including institutions that influence the global political economy, for example, the World Bank and the European Union.
