Reviews

‘We accept that our cars need a regular service and MOT in order to perform effectively and safely. How do we manage to overlook the fact that our careers need the same attention? This book gives you a great set of tools to help you to regularly review and improve your personal performance at work.’ — Nicky Cowling, Director, Good Day Yellow ‘Watching the difference this makes to the development of people is fantastic and is a real testament to the programme. It works at all levels and helps not just individuals but organisational development as well.’ — Sue Davie, Former Chief Executive, Meningitis Now ‘There is no perfect company, organisation, manager, or colleague – you make your own happiness at work. This book provides a valuable and practical guide to making the most of your potential at work, challenging you to be the best you can and providing tools and techniques to support you in that endeavour. ‘My client chose this programme when their company was about to enter a period of significant change. They had great staff and knew that they needed and wanted to retain as many of them as possible through the journey. Using this programme, we were able to encourage individuals to take stock of their careers and take charge of their own destiny resulting in a strong retained team with renewed vigour for the challenges ahead. Guided by the programme, some decided that it was time to continue to develop their careers in different directions, either by pursuing training for an enhanced role or to take advantage of new opportunities elsewhere. ‘Our experience shows that by following this programme, particularly through a period of significant business change, your staff will be encouraged to perform to their very best, act responsibly and make their own, and your business’s success.’ — Ann George, Director, Clarity Matters
