He traveled to America and earned the BS degree in Political Science from the Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Dr. Dikas also got his MA degree in English/Humanities from California State University Dominguez Hills, and also bagged his Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Professionally, Dr. Dikas carries extensive background experience as an Adjunct Professor of English with Broward Community College Davie Florida, Florida International University, and with the prestigious Jacksonville University in Florida. Dr. Dikas is a consummate policy wonk highly skilled as a Political Strategist. He has an enduring flair for Nigeria and profound passion for Public Service. As an accredited member of the Writers' Guild of America and the American Society for Public Administrators (ASPA), Dr. Dikas has played the role of a Ghostwriter for some political luminaries in America and Nigeria.
