Ex hedge funder, Salman Khan, heard that his usually A-grade cousin Nadia was struggling with her homework. He offered to help tutor her but found that when put on the spot, Nadia became unable to think clearly and would freeze, needing Khan to repeat himself a number of times. This led Khan to upload short YouTube videos in which he'd explain the problem, allowing Nadia to watch and re watch in her own time and without feeling under pressure.
