She was on the board for Scripture in Church, and held a doctorate from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. She has published a detailed study of the Tiqqune Sopherim (Scribal Emendations) to the Masoretic Text of the Old Testament. William Riley studied biblical theology at the Angelicum University in Rome. He lectured in Scripture at the Master Dei Institute of Education, Dublin.
