Reviews

'This charming book looks at a year in the English country-side, through delictate watercolours in the sketchebooks of a wildlife artist.' Good Book Guide (December 07) '... an enchanting publication... an enthralling, informal peep at the secret world of nature few of us are privileged to encounter.' Western Morning News (Devon - August 2007) 'This isn't a book to judge in factual terms - it's not about being informative in scientific terms - if it's to succeed it has to feel right and it does. It has charm, and that's the secret.' Artbookreview.net (August 2007) 'A work in the finest tradition of country writing' Sunday Express (August 2007) 'The diary is filled with delightful watercolour sketches of birds, insects, animal and plant life along with her handwritten notes about the seasons and the doings in the fields and forests around her.
