The Mystery of The Missing Christmas Spirit by El Mahdi Farkh In the cozy town of Evergreenville, four young friends receive magical gifts from Santa on Christmas Eve. But as the holiday season continues, the friends start to behave differently under the influence of their gifts. Sophie becomes selfish, Max reckless, Lily detached, and Oliver isolated. As their actions stray from the true meaning of Christmas, the spirit of the season disappears from Evergreenville. Santa returns to explain that something is amiss. With the gifts now missing, the friends must work together to solve the mystery of what happened to the Christmas spirit. They interview suspects in the town, including the toy shop owner and local baker, both of whom had quarreled with the friends. Clues are found but also misleading red herrings, keeping the young detectives guessing. As they reinvestigate old leads, a new clue emerges: footprints in the snow lead to the old abandoned house at the edge of town. Through their sleuthing and acts of kindness, the friends finally uncover the mystery and rediscover the real magic of Christmas - friendship, warmth and selflessness.
