After graduating from Harvard Medical School and training in Primary Care Medicine and Public Health before Family Practice existed, Dr. Daniel K. Onion practiced for 10 years in rural Maine, then joined the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency. After directing that residency for 17 years, Dr. Onion continues to practice and teach students and residents how to be ""real docs."" Dr. James Glazer is a Family Physician with a specialty in Sports Medicine. He practices in Freeport, Maine, and he serves as a team physician for the Portland Pirates AHL hockey team and the US Ski team. He is active in Family Medicine research and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Tufts University Medical School.
