Overview

The weekly Torah portion has been a pillar of Jewish life and learning for millennia. The Light of the Torah combines the author's original insights with in-depth analysis of a wide variety of sources to resolve compelling questions arising from the text of the Torah. I have very much enjoyed reading Dr. Shmuel Bavli's essays on the parshiyot ha-shavua.
