Reviews

A book on Daubigny is long overdue, as is serious scholarship on all the artists with whom he is traditionally grouped. Also neglected is serious looking at these paintings, which is a shame, because Daubigny's paintings are rich in color and creative brushwork. (Prof. Fronia E. Wissman)
