Author Information

Willard J. Lamb is a 1964 graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelors degree in psychology. He has practiced Taiji Quan for thirty six years and has researched the esoteric forces inherent in the elusive qi of the Chinese martial arts. He has taught the internal nature of Taiji for most of those years and is author of The Ancient Taiji Art of Lazhu Fangfa. The author of this unique manual on internal energy takes you step by step through the complex and often confusing exercises such as the candle method, visualizations, the form as a training tool and other esoteric methods. His years of practice in these methods have established him as a major teacher in the internal arts. Laoshi Lamb had held industrial engineering management positions with major US companies.
