Reviews

An array of educational modalities are emerging that enable all students, even those unable to travel abroad, to meaningfully explore the international dimensions of their chosen disciplines and develop intercultural competencies needed for the future. Among them, Collaborative Online International Learning, or COIL, leverages virtual exchange to enhance international learning and engagement in this new era. Edited by one of the originators of COIL, this timely volume offers the definitive guide to COIL programming.--Anthony C. Ogden, Founder & Managing Director, Gateway International Group, LLC
