Although her family did not have much money, Mia - Marie Elisabeth - Dolan and her brothers Jed and Peter had a happy, loving home. Yet, by the end of her teens Mia has had some horrific experiences and has made some bad choices, particularly where men are concerned. There have already been some hints, though, that she has an unusual power; then, struggling to survive in an unhappy marriage to a violent and unpredictable husband, strange things start happening in her home; objects change position, lights go on and off, and she wonders if she's going mad when she thinks she hears a voice which predicts the future. Mia Dolan was born on the Isle of Sheppey and has been a psychic for over 20 years. She suffered various troubles and tragedies early in life, but learned to take solace in her psychic gift and from her spirit guide, helping others by carrying out readings and exorcisms. She is now one of Britain's most renowned clairvoyants and has a unique insight into the afterlife. Mia has appeared in countless magazines and newspapers, on television and radio, even making predictions for the Sun and the Daily Mirror about Princess Diana. Due to the accuracy of her readings, she has been called to the scenes of criminal investigations, including the murders of Jill Dando and Rachel Nickell, as well as taking part in scientific tests with criminal psychologists and sports analysts to predict the outcome of events.
