He teaches at various levels of executive MBA, including the MBA for Science and Engineering. He has served as the project director in 'Promising Plastics and Advanced Materials Opportunities' for a Canadian Federation of Plastic Producers. He has been a keynote speaker for several conferences on advanced Plastics, Smart technologies, and the Internet of Things. Dr. Sabourin is the chairman of the Consortium Innovation, a non-profit organization and a collaborative network in Innovation and Management. As a strategy expert, he advises businesses and the government. He was one of twenty-five Canadian experts in the business strategy selected for a doctoral dissertation at HEC Montréal. He has published several books, book chapters, academic articles, and proceedings in management innovation and new technologies.
