Author Information

"Dr. Emir Crowne, BA, LLB, LLM, LLM, PhD is an Associate Professor, with Tenure, at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. He is the Founder of the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot, and the Donald G. Bowman National Tax Moot. He has also published widely in the fields of intellectual property law, information technology law, gaming law, torts, contracts, legal education, constitutional law, human rights and banking. Mohamed Hashim is a 2009-10 articling student at Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto. Shelley Kierstead, LLB (UNB), LLM (Toronto), PhD (Osgoode), is Assistant Professor and Director of the Legal Research and Writing Program at Osgoode Hall Law School. Her research interests lie in the areas of family law, access to justice, and dispute resolution. Professor Kierstead also coordinates a parent education program for separating parents entitled the Parent Information Program,"" an initiative of Osgoode's Centre for Public Law and Public Policy."
