The present volume gives Qumran scholars an improved edition previously consulted with unpublished or just published (by Elisha Qimron and Kipp Davis) new editions of 4Ql6O and 4Q382. Feldman was able to include or to discuss these latest improvements of the scrolls. The Second Temple scholars and qumranologists will find the book a very useful contribution to the study of so long neglected texts from Qumran. The clear presentation of fragments, and the easy English will help not only mature scholars but also students in their research. Zdzislaw J. Kapera in: the Qumran Chronicles 24, 2016, 81-83
