Marcia Reynolds, PsyD, Master Certified Coach, is president of Covisioning, a leadership training and coaching firm. She is a former International Coaching Federation president and is hired by organizations around the world to teach how to evoke transformation through conversations. She is the author of five books, including Outsmart Your Brain, Wander Woman, and The Discomfort Zone. Tiffany Williams has a bachelor's degree in theatre and over twenty-five years of experience in the industry. The author of the children's play The Great Texas Treasure Hunt, she is an eight-time winner of the Collin Theatre Center Award, and she received the 2004 Unsung Heroine Award at Collin College.
