Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMatt began working in financial services as a junior member and corporate pilot in 1995 under the tutelage of two successful business/wealth managers who served as a resource to accounting firms in succession, executive benefits and asset protection-ultimately starting a franchise under their umbrella. He was subsequently acquired by a consulting firm, where he focused upon corporate succession strategies and institutional retirement consulting. After another acquisition, Matt joined Merrill Lynch in 2005 and worked with them (including managing an office location) until he formed the Harbour Wealth Management team of Raymond James in 2012. In 2021, he formed an independent RIA maintaining Raymond James as custodian, Harbour Wealth Management Group, Inc.He received his BS degree from Purdue University in Aeronautical Engineering, majoring in aviation economics. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) Certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., a Certified Investment Management Analyst(r), a Chartered Life Underwriter(R), and a Chartered Financial Consultant(R).
