Chris Allen is a Toronto based real estate entrepreneur who is on the move. He is the award-winning author of The Book on Toronto Real Estate and has taken the Real Estate community by storm. His career focus on commercial and investment real estate has earned him notice from the Toronto Real Estate Board with service on multiple committees and segments on National News such as with CTV's Kevin Newman, on business leadership as well as CBC, Sun News Network, Yahoo! Finance and the National Post. Prior to entering real estate Allen spent nearly 10 years with the Canadian Forces. A veteran of the Afghanistan mission he was awarded the General Campaign Star for service in South West Asia with LdSH(RC). He credits his service with having taught him the first hand meaning of integrity, discipline, and perseverance. Qualities he was able to carry with him into his career in real estate. Additionally he teamed up with George Ross, Executive Vice President and Senior Council of the Trump organization, and star of the hit Television Show the Apprentice, when George became his strategic adviser. Later on he was tapped to join the Canada National Defense Policy Committee and ultimately served as President and CEO of the Conservative Party of Canada for Scarborough-Guildwood. He has also worked with numerous celebrities and professional athletes including JT Foxx serial entrepreneur, radio personality and NY Times bestselling author Raymond Aaron.
