Overview

"Our author aims at helping solve the problems of many agitations and pending danger of second civil war in Nigeria. He therefore proffers a way out of this unending and long mess saying that it would be better for the Easterners to define, check and realize their destiny outside this fraudulent umbrella called Nigeria where there is harbored anger, hatred, rancor and acrimony on both sides. For Fr Akali, the emancipation Biafran state is the solution by each and every region live and develop accordingly without the disturbance or interference from any section. I strongly appreciate and recommend this book for all who aim at discovering the real and remote cause of the problem of the Nigerian state. In this work, our author discovers and states very clearly the stake-naked truth about Nigeria which is a skillfully planned program of Britain to exploit and gain from the local people without considering their socio-cultural well-being. The amalgamation of Nigeria is nothing but a contraption, unification and compounding of socio-religious problems for the local people. It is a pretense, a camouflage or if in the present day parlance ""a planned 419"" (obtaining by trick) Sincerely speaking what matters and counts to them is the rich African natural resources they were exporting home to Britain and nothing more. Many constant coups and counter coups have been recorded in thousands of innocent lives were lost. Fr Akali, strongly believes that instead of continuing living under this bondage in one's own land, ""there are a thousand and one reasons why Nigeria as a matter of urgency must split up along ethnic/cultural lines as soon as today"". Since the Nigerian state favours only a region, despising and neglecting others, let each region develop on its own, our great author advocates in line with many other lovers of truth. The writer in union with many others, opines that violence, clash and bitter agitation is not the way forward, instead he suggest that a referendum be called as way for peaceful and lasting solution, as no one can be forced to stay where he/she is not welcomed. The worst thing that can happen to anybody is to be treated like a stronger in his/her own house. This is the ugly situation of Easterners in the Nigerian nation. From all indications, it is like the whole system is no longer helping matters, some parts are being suffocated and marginalized to the point of not continuing any more, therefore each region should part way and stay on its own, because it is high time Biafran nation is liberated from the shackles of Nigerian bondage though employing a peaceful and diplomatic non- violence resolution, so that self-actualization, independence, emancipation will be given way. This work I assure you is meant for all lovers of peace, peace-makers, peace advocates. All those want to know the whole truth about this long-lasting and unending strife, crisis and hate in Nigeria, this book is for you. Perusing through this work will give you an insight into the historical background of Nigeria: discovering the remote causes of the our present day crisis, giving a guide to form an intelligent and sound opinion, thereby projecting a better tomorrow where peace, tranquility and serenity will reign high. I sincerely wish you a happy discovery of the Nigerian state."
