He is a board-certified European urologist, and Associate Professor at the University of Padova, Professor and Chair of Urology at the University of Udine, Italy, and Director of the Urologic Clinic at the University Hospital of Udine. He has authored and co-authored a number of scientific papers, over 10 book chapters, and two textbooks: The Atlas of Urologic Anatomy Volume I: “Orthotopic Urinary Diversions”, and Volume II: “Surgical Anatomy”.
