About the Author Jamie Hanley, MS, LPC, believes that a trusting relationship is the foundation for healing and emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health. Jamie is trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and specializes in treating trauma through a holistic lens. Jamie has always been a seeker, feeling drawn to spiritual, somatic, complementary, and creative practices. In 2021 she launched The Spiritual Counselor Podcast. She finds joy in snuggling with her family and pets, crafting, being a lifelong student, and working with other anxious humans. About the Illustrator Kelly Rose Burgess is an artist and illustrator, with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Graphic Arts. Kelly has been creating The Goddess Collection for almost a decade, with her Goddesses inspired by women who are unafraid to wield their power and celebrate their strength, while letting their inner beauty shine through. Kelly's multimedia artwork has been featured in local art galleries and exhibits.
