Ayushree Barman was born in Cooch Behar, a small town in West Bengal. 'Ayu' means 'life' and 'shree' means 'beautiful'. Born on 19 th June 2008, Ayushree is a young talent who likes to write stories, poems and wants to become a scientist and an astronaut when she grows up. Ayushree likes reading books, and that inspired her to write her own storybook at a young age. She also likes playing the guitar, making handicrafts out of various old things like paper, old bottles and bottle caps, hot glue, etc. Her other hobbies are playing kabaddi, being the goalkeeper in the game of football, being the hard-hitting batsman in the game of cricket, drawing, learning about everything around the world and shopping. Ayushree wants to invent things that would make lives of people easier and better, but that are eco-friendly. She also wants to discover new things in the universe that no one has ever heard of.
