He is lead author of The Research Journey of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (2015) and The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Diary. OLIVIA DONNELLY is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at North Bristol NHS Trust. She has a background in providing support to people with physical health conditions and body image distress, and a longstanding interest in using mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to enhance people's wellbeing and confidence.
