Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationNellie Bly (1864-1922) was the pen name of Elizabeth Cochran Seaman, an American journalist. She was widely known for two feats: a record-breaking trip around the world in emulation of Jules Verne, and an expose in which she faked insanity to study a mental institution from within. She was a pioneer in her field, both for her gender and her new approach to investigative journalism. She was also an industrialist and charity worker. Rebecca Gibel is an award-winning stage, television, and voice actress, who has narrated over fifty audiobooks in a wide variety of genres. She has worked across the country at theaters such as Trinity Rep, Cleveland Play House, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Intiman Theatre, and the Arden Theatre Company. She holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and an MFA in Acting from Brown University/Trinity Rep. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
