Chun Sik Kim is the president and founder of the International Tang Soo Do Federation and a member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame. He is also a two-time Korean tang soo do champion, the former chairman of the U.S. Tang Soo Do Federation Moo Duk Kwan, and the U.S. team coach at the first World Championships.
