He has been teaching for 30 years, has published over 100 papers and six books, and ranks among top faculty in the United States. Dr. Al-Kodmany was invited by mayors of numerous cities to help in preparing master plans and lectured in renowned universities worldwide. He worked for the Chicago firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and he continues consulting on architecture and planning projects.
