Overview

This revised edition of our best selling beginner Tai Chi Qigong book includes a new and modern easy-to-follow layout. Every qigong movement is presented in 2-4 large photographs with clear instructions, followed by a discussion of how the movements aid in improving Tai Chi practice. Three Tai Chi Qigong exercise sets are included. Warm Up Qigong is necessary to loosen and warm up the body. They help prepare you mentally for better Tai Chi results. Stationary Tai Chi Qigong is used to increase your qi by using special postures that will cause muscles to energize to a higher level. Moving Tai Chi Qigong includes a Primary Set, a Coiling Set, and a Rocking Set. Each set helps to coordinate the interaction of qi, movement and breath.
