OverviewSummer and Salt is a collection of poems written over the course of twenty days in which Cynthia explores underlying thoughts and feelings in which many can relate to. She honours the virtue of emotions by translating them into poems surrounding themes of nature. Just as the natural world proves to us that there is beauty, love, and interconnectedness amongst all, her poems provide reassurance of the beauty that lies within each stage of our growth, the love that lives inside of and surrounds us, as well as the interrelations we have with all that resides within our universe.
