This book is for people who are thinking of planning to drive and who do not understand the Stages we go through to learning a new skill, whatever it might be - learning to drive, to starting a new job, to changing our habits, goals, the way we eat, you name it - we all go through the same process.I am an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), and have witnessed the stages of learning a new skill with all my students. I became a Driving Instructor because all my life I have wanted to be a teacher. I love driving and from the day I passed my driving test I was always the designated driver. 10 years ago I decided that I would become a Driving Instructor. I would be teaching and driving, combining both my passions into a full time career. This, because I love what I am doing, is not a 'job', it is Fun. I have had fun teaching and the stories are true stories about my students and what I put them through to pass their test. I am a hard task master (sorry - lady) I tell it as it is!
