Colonel G.K. Sharma (Retired) Born on 07 March 1938, is M.Com. LL.B. from Agra University and P.G.D.P.M. & L.W. from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He was commissioned in the Army (A.S.C.) on 03 May 1964 and was transferred to the Department of The Judge Advocate General on 03 Aug. 1971.He held various legal and judicial appointments, which included various instructional assignments at Division, Area, Corps, Command and Army HQ. He also functioned as Judge Advocate at numerous courts-martial trials and appeared in courts on behalf of Army to defend cases or to assist Government Counsels.
