Having researched stress management techniques for 30 years, Bill Collins is a health educator who works for the Stress Relief Center at Weber State University. After having studied health promotion and industrial-organizational psychology at Brigham Young University, he attended the Southern Illinois University where he graduated in Health Education. He has been a professor at several universities all over the country such as Virginia Tech, West Virginia University, Southern Illinois University, Concord University, Weber State University, and Brigham Young University. Bill's areas of expertise are health and wellness, but he mainly focuses on stress management, mental and physical health, mental and emotional wellness, quality performance, and wellness mentoring. He has written a lot of papers and been a speaker at several conferences, seminars, and workshops all over the country. He also offers counselling to sport teams, athletes, and other specialised groups. He studies and works for the Weber State University helping students, professors, staff and community members deal with their stress and improve their performance. Bill has a website with useful content on stress management techniques and wellness education. He has also written two books on these topics. As a professional athlete and coach, he loves every kind of sport, including running, biking, and throwing sports. Last but not least, he has a lovely wife and 4 children.
