Acclaimed strategist Darcy Bien has helped more than 400 companies achieve their vision. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, a Harvard MBA, and manufacturing experience at Procter and Gamble, her strategic implementation rates are well over twice the industry standard. Since 2001, she has been a partner at a strategy-focused firm, Partners in Change. In 2019, she co-founded Stretch Strategic Leaders, a consultancy for strategic planning, leadership team development and implementing change. Darcy lives in Cincinnati with one husband, two dogs, and three ambitious kids, all of whom rely on her strategic planning savvy.
