He has directed more than a dozen stage plays, a number of short films, and has extensive writing credits. Dead Heart, for which he wrote the play and the screenplay, was the first full-length feature that he directed. He is the son of the founders of Currency Press, Katharine Brisbane and Philip Parsons and is the current Chairman.
